Data Deletion Instructions

If you are the website owner, open the Facebook Page panel in the owner console and choose Disconnect. This immediately clears the stored Facebook Page ID, Page name, and Page access token from our server configuration, removing our ability to post to that Page.

Any Facebook user who authorized this app may request deletion of their Facebook-related information by emailing privacy@redshirtwatch.com. Please include the words “Facebook data deletion request” and, if known, the name of the Facebook Page you connected.

Upon receiving a verified request, we will manually:

• Clear the stored Facebook Page ID, Page name, and Page access token from our server configuration.
• Clear the internal posting flags associated with the connected Page.
• Confirm completion to you by reply email.

We aim to complete verified deletion requests within 30 days of receipt.

Deleted on request: the Facebook Page ID, Page name, and Page access token we stored, plus the internal flags we used to track which stories were already posted.

Not deleted by us: posts that were already published to the Facebook Page. Those posts exist on Facebook under the Page’s own account and are not stored by us. The Page manager can remove them directly on Facebook at any time. We do not retain a copy of posted content beyond the published story itself, which is part of this website’s normal content.

We do not store your personal Facebook profile data, friends list, messages, or email address, so there is nothing additional to delete in those categories.
